OSF Medical Group consists of more than 210 member physicians and 41 mid-level providers employed by OSF HealthCare in 49 office locations throughout Illinois and Michigan. These providers bring together different medical disciplines to create an integrated system of patient-centered care. In 2007, OSF Medical Group recorded almost 587,000 patient visits. OSF Healthcare System - a comprehensive network of seven healthcare facilities, 17 affiliates, OSF Medical Group, two colleges of nursing and OSF Home Care, consisting of home health, hospice, private home care, home infusion pharmacy, home medical equipment and Health Watch services. OSF Saint Francis, Inc. - comprised of healthcare-related businesses providing valuable products and services to areas served by OSF HealthCare and others. OSF Home Care - in conjunction with patients and their families, provides services that promote the optimal level of independence while maintaining quality of life. All services are provided in accordance with the Philosophy and Values of The Sisters of the Third Order of Saint Francis and OSF Home Care. Home care services are provided to patients with a physicians order (not all services, i.e.. homemaker, require orders). OSF Home Care includes services of hospice, home health, home medical equipment, home infusion pharmacy, physician house calls, private home care, personal response system and diabetes supply program. OSF HealthCare Foundation - working to provide resources for community outreach and facility programs, a catalyst uniting volunteers, donors, institutions and community needs throughout our system and beyond.
