What To Do

• Please contact the pharmacy first in order to receive your medication in a timely manner.
  • Contact the pharmacy 2 - 3 days before your prescriptions run out.
  • When contacting the pharmacy for your prescription refills, you need the prescription number that is printed on your prescription bottle label.
• Bring your prescription information and/or prescription bottle with you for each office visit.
• Check your prescription refill needs before your appointments.
• When seeing your physician, we encourage you to ask for enough refills to accommodate your needs until your next appointment.
