Appointments

If you are new to OSF Medical Group, selecting your physician may be as simple as calling the ASK OSF Call Center at 1-888-6 ASK OSF (1-888-627-5673). Calls are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you are already established with an OSF Medical Group physician, please call the office directly. Most of our offices are open from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, by appointment. Some offer extended hours. Please visit the OSF Medical Group Practice Directory for detailed information about your physician's office.

Emergency Care

For any life-threatening emergency, go directly to the nearest hospital emergency center or call 911. The OSF Saint Francis Medical Center Emergency Department is always available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is located at 530 NE Glen Oak Avenue in Peoria.

After-Hours Non-Emergency Care

For non-life threatening medical assistance after normal office hours, call your physician. A specially-trained nurse will take your call, evaluate your needs and help you decide if you should go to the new Adult After Hours office (Saturday hours, by appointment only), one of OSF's excellent PromptCare facilities or the OSF Saint Francis Medical Center Emergency Department.

Insurance Plans

OSF Medical Group accepts a wide variety of insurance plans, including Medicare and Illinois Department of Public Aid. Please call the office directly to verify that your individual insurance plan is accepted.
