Current Patients

Your health is important to you around the clock - not just during office hours. That's why OSF HealthCare offers OSF myHealth.

OSF myHealth gives you direct online access to portions of your electronic medical record. You may schedule appointments, request prescription refills, review your health history and send messages to your doctor's office securely - online, when you have the time!

Appointments

By Phone: You may call your doctor's office directly to make an appointment.

Online: If you are already an OSF Medical Group patient and you don't have an urgent need, you may request or schedule an appointment online through OSF myHealth.

Prescription Refill Requests

  • You may request prescription refills through OSF myHealth if you are a current patient and have an active myHealth account.

          OR

  • Please contact your pharmacy first in order to receive your medication in a timely manner.
    • Contact your pharmacy 2 - 3 days before your prescriptions run out.
    • When contacting your pharmacy for your prescription refills, you need the prescription number that is printed on your prescription bottle label.
  • Bring your prescription information and/or prescription bottle with you for each office visit.
  • Check your prescription refill needs before your appointments. 
  • If you live in Bloomington or Peoria, Illinois, you may have your prescription filled at one of the OSF pharmacies.

Hospitalization

Sometimes a patient's condition may require hospitalization. Our physicians admit patients to the OSF medical center in your area.
