Free CME Event - Cardiometabolic Forum

The Joslin Diabetes Center Cardiometabolic Forum will teach you how to develop a systematic screening approach to identify key cardiometabolic abmormalities such as insulin resistance, dyslipedemia, hypertension, and obesity early in their development, and to initiate treatments to control these risk factors.  This symposium will give you tools you can use in a busy, office-based primary care practice to reduce morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular disease while improving your patient's quality of life. 

This certified symposium has been developed for primary care providers and their clinical and office staff. There is no fee to attend this activity. This forum is being held on Saturday, April 17 from 7:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria, IL.
