Overview

OSF Medical Group consists of more than 180 member physicians mid-level providers employed by OSF HealthCare more than 50 office locations throughout Illinois and Michigan. These providers bring together different medical disciplines to create an integrated system of patient-centered care. OSF Medical Group considers nurse practitioners and physician assistants an integral part of its system. They enable physicians to continue a personal approach to patient care while increasing the number of patients who can be served. The medical group's slogan "We do the Right Thing...Well" reflects a commitment to the science of medicine and to your right to expect the best quality care possible.

Meet our Recruitment Team

	Marie Noeth, Manager of OSF Healthcare Physician Recruitment, has over ten years experience with OSF in physician recruitment and has been involved with over 270 physicians hired within OSF HealthCare. Marie holds a bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University. She is a member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters and Illinois Staff Physician Recruiters. Marie also holds certifications as a Certified Professional Physician Recruitment Consultant, and as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter.
	Stacey Doolittle, Physician Recruiter, has recently moved back to Central Illinois and holds a bachelor's degree from Millikin University. She brings eight years of recruitment experience to OSF from a variety of industries.
	Rachel Reliford, Physician Recruiter, a Central Illinois native who holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield, has a background in healthcare and two years of academic recruitment. Some of her family members have been employed with OSF for many years.
	Stefanie Maloney, Physician Recruitment Coordinator, is also a Central Illinois native, and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield.  Starting with the company in 2006, she has been involved in a variety of roles within OSF Healthcare. She is involved primarily with APN/NP/PA recruitment and sustaining candidate information.
