Our staff is solely dedicated to treating diabetes. Each OSF Medical Group patient has a

The OSF Home Care Diabetes Supply Program is a comprehensive, convenient supply service with home delivery of diabetes products, including blood glucose meters, test strips, lancing devices and lancets, as well as an inventory of well-known and trusted diabetes supply brands.
