Emergency Care

For any life-threatening emergency, go directly to the nearest hospital emergency center or call 911. The OSF St. Joseph Medical Center Emergency Department is always available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is located at 220 East Washington Street in Bloomington.

After-Hours Non-Emergency Care

For non-life threatening medical assistance after normal office hours, call your physician. A specially-trained nurse will take your call, evaluate your needs and recommend a course of action. Of course, OSF Medical Group patients may also utilize any of OSF's excellent PromptCare facilities.

Insurance Plans

OSF Medical Group accepts a wide variety of insurance plans, including Medicare and Illinois Department of Public Aid. Please call the office directly to verify that your individual insurance plan is accepted.
